Since 1857, we have been making walnut, almond and hazelnut oils according to great tradition and with ancestral know-how. The mill, the cast iron pan, the oil press and all the tools used to make the oil are period. The mill is powered by water.
Traditional production of the Périgord
We make walnut, almond and hazelnut oil according to the great Périgord tradition: raw materials are ground by a flint wheel, the pasta is then cooked slowly and gives all its character to the oil, then it is pressed and bottled after 3 to 4 weeks.
