KHO KHAN is the large version of the classic Asian chef's knife. It is used for cutting and chopping meat and crispy vegetables. It is very suitable for hard and thick food such as cassava, sweet potatoes, beef or tubers such as celery or beetroot. With the wide blade you can easily pick up a lot of food and transport it to the pan or wok.
Notes on use:
Please do not use for chopping bones or chopping frozen food. The hardening of the cutting area enables maximum sharpenability with a long service life, but there is a risk of blade breakage if the tool is used incorrectly.
Not suitable for dishwashers.

The knives are made entirely by hand by small family businesses in Vietnam. A comparison with the quality of CNC lasered and sharpened mass-produced goods is unnecessary.
Each handle is carved by hand and the blades are cut out with large tin snips without punching. The knives can have minor blemishes.
However, these do not reduce their suitability for everyday use and operational strength but reinforce their individuality and specialty.
