8 units of Guindilla peppers
4 pcs Pickles - Small (Cornichons)
4 units Green olives without stone - Manzanilla variety if possible
4 anchovy fillets - Marinated in extra virgin olive oil

Drain the olives and guindillas. Finely chop the guindilla stock. If they are too long, you can cut them in half.
Start pricking the pickle.
Continue threading only one end of the anchovy fillet.
Skewer two pieces of guindilla.
