Boemboe for making Sajoer Lodeh, an Indonesian vegetable dish, possibly with tofu.
Necessities:
500 grams of various vegetables (for example green beans, carrots and cabbage), tofu and 2 red peppers
Preparation:
Cut the vegetables, peppers and tofu into pieces and bring to the boil together with the Boemboe Lodeh in about 1/2 liter of water. Stir occasionally and cook until the vegetables are almost done. The vegetables should remain slightly crunchy. Add some salt to taste.
