Delicious Italian risotto rice (Carnaroli) with porcini mushrooms. And very easy to prepare.
Carnaroli rice (91%), porcini mushrooms (Boletus Edulis) 6%, carrot, parsley, chives, and garlic.
Combine the product in a frying pan with 5 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Heat the mixture for a few minutes. Optionally add 1 glass of white wine. Add water or a vegetarian stock until the rice is covered and simmer over low heat (add water every now and then to keep it moist). Taste after 15 minutes and add salt, parmesan and butter to taste. Let it boil for about 5 minutes and then serve.
