Delicious Italian risotto rice (Carnaroli) with truffle. And very easy to prepare.
Carnaroli rice, porcini mushrooms, truffle (Tuber Aestivum), chives, parsley and garlic.
1. Pour a liter of boiling water and the contents of this sachet into a wide frying pan.
2. Add 5 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 teaspoons of salt. Allow the water to slowly soak in while stirring. If necessary, add extra water to make the risotto cook extra long.
3. Add some butter and Parmesan cheese before serving, if desired.
